Textbook Rentals

LSU Eunice  Book Rental Agreement         

• I understand and accept the responsibility that at the end of the current term, it is my responsibility to return the books rented under this program or pay LSU Eunice Bookstore the replacement cost (as stated below) of the rented books in my possession.
• I understand that my rental book is the property of LSU Eunice Bookstore and by accepting the terms of the book rental program, I accept responsibility to return the rented book to LSU Eunice Bookstore in resalable condition.
• I understand that for books returned after the due date, I will be assessed a $10 late fee for every day the book is late, up to three days.  If the book is not returned by the end of the 3rd day, the book will be considered lost, and the full retail price less the rental fee, plus the $30 late fee, will be charged to my credit card on file.
• I understand that my rental fee is refundable only if the rental book is returned by the end of the 5th day of the semester.
• I have read and fully understand the provisions and terms of this agreement as outlined and I agree to adhere to all conditions and terms stated.
• Books not returned and associated penalties may be assigned collection by a third party agency.
• If books are shipped, they MUST BE RECEIVED by the due date.
